Army Reserve prepare convoy of FEMA Humanitarian disaster relief supplies
SAIPAN, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands – Army Reserve Soldiers with the 9th Mission Support Command prepare a convoy of military tactical vehicles filled with FEMA Humanitarian Disaster Relief supplies at the U.S. Army Reserve Center, Saipan, Nov. 3. One of the missions assigned to the 9th MSC is to transport HDR supplies to the five locations in Saipan for public distribution. Service members from Joint Region Marianas and Indo-Pacific Command are providing Department of Defense support to the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands’ civil and local officials as part of the FEMA-supported Typhoon Yutu recovery efforts.
