New Fit for Life program helps Army Reserve remain ready, resilient
Sgt. Maj. Jonathan DeHart, the 99th Readiness Division Directorate of Human Resource’s sergeant major, reviews in-processing packets of Soldiers within the Fit for Life (F2L) program, Aug. 4. F2L is an Army Reserve pilot program designed to help Soldiers who are not eligible to re-enlist due to not meeting the Army height and weight program or physical fitness standards. The program not only assists Soldiers in improving their physical fitness, nutrition and resiliency, but also enhances Army Reserve readiness and retention. (U.S. Army Reserve photo by Spc.
