America's Army Reserve builds, sustains and, on order, mobilizes and deploys globally responsive capabilities contained in RFX to meet the requirements of simultaneous or near simultaneous OPLANs in order to provide the Combatant Commands with the forces necessary to defeat, deter or deny any enemy while supporting known and emerging demand requirements. In other words, RFX has already begun. The building and maintaining of RFX units will be a continuous process.
