MARYSVILLE, Wash. - U.S. Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Gregory Mosser, Commanding General of the 364th ESC, speaks to his full-time staff on the importance of maintaining Force Readiness in the new era of global threats during a town hall meeting at the Marysville Armed Forces Reserve Center Feb. 22, 2018. Whether in the operational force, operational depth or strategic depth forces, America’s Army Reserve must be capable of mobilizing rapidly and deploying with the mobility, survivability, connectivity and lethality needed to win on the battlefield.
