Col. Twanda Young gets promoted to brigadier general
Col. Twanda "Tia" E. Young, director, U.S. Army Reserve Command G-1, is promoted to brigadier general during a ceremony at the USARC headquarters, Dec. 1, 2017, at Fort Bragg, N.C. Young will assume her new duties at the U.S. Army Human Resources Command deputy commanding general at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
