YAUCO, Puerto Rico - U.S. Army Reserve Cpl. Michael J. Rodriguez, talks with Brig. Gen. Rodriguez, who is from Toa Alta, Puerto Rico, is assigned to the 471st Engineering Company, 448th Engineering Battalion, 210th Regional Support Group, based out of Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The vast majority of the U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers assigned to Puerto Rico are natives to the island.
