FORT BELVOIR, Va. -- - Yellow tape blocks off a mock crime scene during Capital Shield, Sept. 8. Special agents from both active and reserve components of the U.S. Army's Criminal Investigation Command gathered at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, September 5-9, for Capital Shield. Key training events included crime scene and intelligence management, hostage and crisis negotiation and evidence processing.
