Maj. Gen. Troy D. Kok, commanding general of the U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Regional Support Command, delivers remarks to military leaders, business partners and service members in attendance during the command’s ribbon-cutting ceremony Aug. 17 for the Area Maintenance Support Activity, Organizational Maintenance Shop, on Fort Totten, New York.
