USARC CG Discussion
Lt. Gen. Charles D. Luckey, the commanding general of U.S. Army Reserve Command, speaks to Army Reserve Ambassadors attending the 88th Regional Support Command's two-day ambassador workshop at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin August 19. During his discussion, Luckey emphasized the three tenets of his command philosophy: leadership, energy and execution and he urged the ambassadors to help him spread the message of the most capable, combat-ready and lethal Federal Reserve force in the history of the nation.
