CSTX 86-17-02 Hot Load Training
U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 328th Combat Support Hospital (CSH) and 349th CSH practice hot-load litter techniques during Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX) 86-17-02 at Fort McCoy, Wis., August 10, 2017. Hot-load litter techniques involve actual simulated casualties being carried on the litter. CSTX includes more than 12,000 service members from the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps as well as from six countries.
