MSG Kevin Hoover, the G4 NCOIC with the 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), participates in the flexed arm-hang during qualifications for the German Armed Forces Badge for Military Proficiency. The 316th ESC and the 1st Sustainment Command (Theater) had the privilage of hosting the award qualifications at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait April 27, 2017.
