South Carolina Engineers Build through the Snow
Soldiers of 1223rd Engineer Company, 778th Engineer Battalion, South Carolina Army National Guard, lay and level posts for the Multi-Purpose Covered Shelter at Cincu Training Area, Romania on 21 April 2017.
