David Conboy, United States Army Reserve Command deputy commanding general - operations, speaks with company-grade officers from the 7th Mission Support Command, April 8 at the Clock Tower Dining Facility on Kleber Kaserne. Conboy was visiting April 8-9 in order to be briefed on the MSC’s readiness.
