"Building a More Inclusive Environment"
Chief Warrant Officer 2 Sarah Sweet, Human Resources Technician, takes part in a practical exercise that develops strategies on helping to start or stop certain behaviors. The Equal Opportunity Officer-coordinated training was to focus on the importance of building a more inclusive environment and the effects that behaviors not indicative of respect and trust produce in an organization. One of the EO's leading goals was to educate and help individuals realize the importance of how one can make a difference and contribute to a work environment that is more inclusive and positive to ultimately produce quality output and achieve mission success.
