Sgt. Joseph Hall, with the 310th Psychological Operation Company and the U.S. Army Reserve Combat Marksmanship Program, engages targets on the second day of the U.S. Army Forces Command Weapons Marksmanship Competition Nov. 8, 2016, at Fort Bragg, N.C.
