Women in the military speak in Ukraine
Capt. Cassandra Harris, the personnel officer for the Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine at the International Peacekeeping and Security Center spoke about the honors and obstacles of being a woman serving in the military, Sept. 29, at the American House in Kyiv. Building strong relationships and engaging with the local community here is just one aspect of the JMTG-U mission in Ukraine.
