Army and Air Force Work Together to Complete Construction in Bulgaria
A completed culvert, built by the 841st Engineer Battalion, U.S. Army Reserve, on August 20, 2016 at Novo Selo Training Area, Bulgaria during Operation Resolute Castle. Completing these culverts increases the longevity of the roads of the tank firing range. Operation Resolute Castle, a wide-scale military construction operation through Eastern Europe, spans across Estonia, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria, and involves units from the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserve, Tennessee Army and Air National Guard, Mississippi National Guard, and Alabama Army National Guard.
