Col. William Vaughn is the chief of staff of the 200th Military Police Command. His last appointment was commander of the 4th Brigade, 98th Division, in command for two years. His military career spans more than 35 years. He is a graduate of the United States Army War College and the Joint Forces Staff College (AJPME).
