Operation Lone Star returns to Rio Grande Valley

The Texas Military Department, as a part of the State Partnership Program (SPP), partners with the Chilean military and conducts numerous exchanges each year facilitating cooperation across all aspects of international civil-military affairs and encouraging people-to-people ties at the state level. OLS is an annual medical disaster preparedness training exercise, uniting federal, state and local health and human service providers, that addresses the medical needs of thousands of underserved Texas residents every year.
