FORT MCCOY, Wisconsin (July 13, 2016) – Sgt. 1st Class Uraina McNally, (center) a member of the 312th Army Band, 88th Regional Support Command, leads a group discussion during the Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention foundation course currently being taught at the 88th RSC headquarters on Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, July 13. The course prepares Soldiers to teach SHARP classes at the unit level. Additionally, this SHARP foundation course is two-weeks long and serves as the initial training if a Soldier wants to become a unit victim advocate or a sexual assault response coordinator. After successfully completing this course, Soldiers will then need to be certified by the National Organization for Victim Assistance in order to serve as a VA or SARC.
