Lt. Gen. Charles D. Luckey, Chief of Army Reserve and U.S. Army Reserve Commanding General, and Brig. Gen. Robert D. Harter, director of Office of the Chief, Army Reserve, led Soldiers assigned to the Office of the Chief, Army Reserve, on a morning run at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, July 8, 2016.
