Lt. Col. Roark assumes command of the 469th CSSB
Col. Toni A. Glover, 650th Regional Support Group commanding officer, Col. Chandra M. Roberts, 469th Combat Sustainment Support Command outgoing commander, Lt. Col. Michael A. Roark, incoming 469th CSSB commander, and Brig. Gen. David Elwell, 311th Expeditionary Sustainment Command commanding general, were present June 26, during a change of command ceremony at the Moffett Naval Air Station in Mountain View, Calif., where the 63rd Regional Support Command is located.
