Nautical Horizon tests Wartime Reserve Boat Program
Kuwait Naval Base - Staff Sgt. Harcel Rosado, assigned to the 97th Transportation Company out of Joint Base Langley/Eustis explains the functions of the Landing Craft Utility boat to members of 1st TSC during exercise Nautical Horizon.
