Combined support for DSCA
Maj. Gen. Phillip Churn, commanding general of the 200th Military Police Command, gives an information brief on his command's capabilities during a meeting with senior military leaders from Maryland-based commands to discuss proactive ways to jointly prepare for the Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) events at a military facility in Reisterstown, Maryland, March 13.
