Mayor Thomas Hayes, mayor of Arlington Heights, Ill., retired Army Reserve lieutenant colonel and West Point U.S. military academy graduate gives remarks during the 106th birthday celebration of the Army Reserve held at the headquarters of the 85th Support Command outside of Chicago on April 5.
