Brig. Gen. Elwell supports First Sergeant Workshop
Command Sgt. Maj. Ted Copeland, 79th Sustainment Support Command command sergeant major, addressed a group of 25 first sergeants who worked together, sharing their experiences and contributed to the flow of ideas at the George W. Dunaway Army Reserve Center in Sloan, during a First Sergeant Workshop Jan. 22-24.
