Capt. (P) Benjamin Cowley, a native of Logan, Utah, was promoted to major by the 377th TSC commander, Maj. Gen. Les Carroll during a ceremony at the Frank J. Uddo Reserve Center Jan. 7. In attendance was Maj. Cowley’s family, wife Lexi, son Truxton, and daughter Jocelyn. Congratulations to Maj. Cowley and his family on this momentous occasion.
