Motivation alley
Probationary firefighters in their second week of training at the New York City Fire Academy on Russell Island in New York City, perform a drill known as motivation alley in which pairs of two firefighters must travel 100 feet down a road from a kneeling position carrying a charged 1¾-inch fire hose to put out a mock flame, Jan. 6, 2016.
