Army Maj. Gen. Les Carroll, commanding general, 377th Theater Sustainment Command, emphasizes the value of operating their equipment in field conditions to Army Reserve soldiers assigned to the 641st Regional Support Group Jan. 23, 2015, at the Air Force's Malabar Transmitter Annex in Malabar, Fla.
