312th Engineers keep it in the family
A Soldier with the U.S. Army Reserve 312th Engineer Company, based in Duluth, Minn., fires his M4 rifle paintball gun while an opposing force member hides behind a table during urban operations training and building clearing procedures, April 18, 2015, at Camp Ripley, Minn. The 312th has seen a turnaround in its retention and recruiting based on an atmosphere of caring about each Soldier and their families while providing meaningful and innovative training during each battle assembly.
