Army Reserve Ambassador Phillip S. Jolly retired as a Brigadier General with over 34 years of service in the United States Army and Army Reserve. During his Army Career, he served in various capacities in the Army, including Deputy Commanding General, Reserve Affairs; Commanding General, Army Reserve Sustainment Command, and Commander, 364th Expeditionary Sustainment Command Mission Support Element.
