Army Reserve Ambassador James L. Bauerle retired as a Commanding General of the 88th Regional Support Group with 32 years in the United States Army. He served in many key leadership positions including Deputy Commanding General, 123rd US Army Area Command, Indianapolis, IN; CoS, 123rd US Army Area Command, CoS 22nd Support Command during Desert Storm, Saudi Arabia; Task Force Freedom Cdr for the emergency restoration of Kuwait, Cdr of the Northern Logistical Operations Center, KKMC Saudi Arabia; Deputy Cdr, 21st Theater Army Area Command, Indianapolis, IN; Bn Cdr, 972nd Engineer Battalion (Combat) (Corp), Indianapolis, IN.
