Civilian Education:  M.A. in Administration, University of Notre Dame, M.S. in Human Services, St. Edwards University, B.S. in Social Sciences, West Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Municipal Official.

Organizations/Clubs/Philanthropies:  He is a re-elected Windcrest City Council Member, a member of the city’s Investment Committee, and a Legislator for the Texas Silver-Hair Legislature. He is serving his third term as Commander of the Miguel Hernandez Jr. Chapter of the American GI Forum, and the 2020 Chairman of the Small-Town Advisory Board of the Texas Municipal League.  He is a member of the San Antonio Asian American Realtor Estate Association, and LULAC “Rey Feo” Council # 2.

Civilian Honors:  2017 Distinguish Citizen, Bexar County Commissioner’s Court, and VFW Volunteer Award for Service.

Military Retirement Rank and Date, Service and Key Positions: Lieutenant Colonel, 2010, last assignment was US Army South and is past Training & Operations Officer for the 75th Maneuver Area Command. He also served on active duty in the US Navy on board the US Ranger (CV-61) and O.H. Perry (FFG-7).

Name of Spouse and Children: Single, His daughter Maharlika is an engineering student at the US Naval Academy Preparatory School, and his son, Javier is pursuing a film career in New York City, NY.

Army Reserve Ambassador (ARA) Frank Archuleta is a graduate of the West Texas A&M University’s R.O.T.C. program and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant. He served in varies units to include: An Army Security Agency, a Combat Electronic Warfare Intelligence Battalion, and Civil Affairs Battalion, and has served on active duty.  In the civilian arena Mr. Archuleta has been an Adult Probation Officer, Program Consultant for the Texas Commission on Drugs and Alcohol, Management Auditor for the Community Justice Assistance Department, a Consultant for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and other Criminal Justice Agencies. He later served as Director, Austin Travis County Advocate Program.
