Maggs, Jr. is currently the President, Dix Chapter, 1st Region, Association of the United States Army and Area Chair, Ocean County and Joint Base M-D-L with DOD’s Employer Support Guard and Reserve in New Jersey.  Mr. Maggs’s prior volunteer positions in ESGR-NJ were, Vice-Chair, Training Director, Employer Outreach Assistant Director Private Sector, Area Chair Union County, and Military Outreach Coordinator.

 

Mr. Maggs is retired from the position of Training & Development Specialist Program Instructor in Utility Engineering and Energy Utility Technology Degree Program, Public Service Electric and Gas Company and as a Senior Engineering Technician at PSE&G’s Central Division’s Electrical Distribution Engineering Department with 39 years’ service and Adjunct Instructor Mercer County Community College and Essex County College. Prior to PSE&G, Mr. Maggs was employed by the firm of Epple & Seamen Architects and Engineers.
