Army Reserve Ambassador Roger Trout is a retired Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel who commanded at the platoon, company and battalion levels. He also retired from the ExxonMobil Corporation, most recently having served as the Director of Financial Systems. He is active in his community, most notably within the Employer Support of ESGR, where he has served for more than twelve years and received numerous awards for training and he served on the ESGR Board of Directors. ARA Trout earned his bachelors degree in business administration from Delaware Valley University. He is married and has two sons and twelve grandchildren.
