Command Sergeant Major Christian Gerard Davis currently serves as the Senior Enlisted Advisor for the 100th Training Division (Leader Development).
Command Sergeant Major Christian Davis began his career with the United States Army in June 1990. He completed Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Leonard Wood, MO as a 12B Combat Engineer. Throughout his military career, Command Sergeant Major Davis has served in every enlisted leadership position, from Team Leader to Command Sergeant Major.
Previous assignments include Command Sergeant Major of the 420th Engineer Brigade, Command Sergeant Major of the 378th FEST-M (Forward Engineer Support Team - Main), Command Sergeant Major of the SRU-Hawaii, Tripler Army Medical Center; Command Sergeant Major of the 490th Civil Affairs Battalion (Tactical), and Command Sergeant Major of the 2-350th RGT (LSBN), 177th AR BDE. Also, 1st Brigade (EN), 102nd Training Division (MS), FT. He earned a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of South Florida and his Captains License with United States Coast Guard. His military education includes Primary Leadership Developmental Course, Basic and Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Courses, Total Army Instructor Training Course, Small Group Instructor Course, Sapper Leader Course, Urban Mobility Breacher Course, Battle Staff Course, U.S. Army Sergeants Major Course, and BN & BDE Pre-Command Courses.
