Brigadier General Shaun P. Miller was born in Newburgh, NY, and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the Chemical branch in 2000. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Norwich University, a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Webster University, and a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College. His military education includes Chemical Officer Basic and Captains Career Courses, U.S. Army Intermediate Level Education and Advanced Operations Warfighting Course, Air Defense Artillery Officer Reclassification Course, Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA), and the United States Army War College.
