Chief Warrant Officer 4 Daniel R. Fuhrman assumed the duties of Command Chief Warrant Officer of the 99th Readiness Division in February 2024. Mr. Fuhrman is a native of Lemont, Illinois, and now resides at National Harbor, Maryland. He is a Human Intelligence Technician.
Chief Fuhrman enlisted as an Infantryman in the Illinois Army National Guard in 1992. During his 31 years of service in the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserve, and Army National Guard, his assignments include Senior Warrant Officer Advisor of Support Group, 75th U.S. Army Reserve Innovation Command; Command Chief Warrant Officer, National Intelligence Support Group, Military Intelligence Readiness Command; Acting Director/Deputy Director, Defense Intelligence Agency Americas Regional Center Joint Reserve Intelligence Support Element; Reserve Defense Attaché, 3300 Strategic Intelligence Group; Chief, Document and Media Exploitation Division, Joint Task Force-Guantanamo, All-Source Analyst, U.S. Central Command; Chief, Human Intelligence Operations, 86th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Colorado Army National Guard; and Signals Intelligence Interceptor, Special Operations Team – Alpha, 5th Battalion, 19th Special Forces Group; among numerous other assignments. He has deployed to Bosnia-Herzegovina, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
Chief Warrant Officer 4 Fuhrman is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Air Command and Staff Course and the U.S. Army Warrant Officer Senior Service and Intermediate Level Education Courses. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Horticulture from Colorado State University, a Master of International Policy and Practice from The George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He holds certifications in Joint Intelligence Planning, Joint Information Operations Planning, Military Deception Planning, Defense Strategic Debriefing, Executive Coaching, and Leadership & Performance Coaching.

Chief Warrant Officer 4 Fuhrman is the Chief Executive Officer of a strategy consulting and executive coaching firm. He has previously served as a federal civilian at the Defense Intelligence Agency as the Deputy Chief of Plans at the Joint Chiefs of Staff Directorate for Intelligence J-2, Senior Intelligence Advisor to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering, Senior Intelligence Advisor to the Office of the Secretary of Defense Protecting Critical Technology Task Force, and Chief of Strategy and Plans at the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Directorate for Operations.
