Command Sgt. Maj. Paul Fulmer

Command Sergeant Major, Medical Readiness and Training Command

Command Sergeant Major (CSM) Paul L. Fulmer was born in Mt. Holley, New Jersey. In 1988 he joined the United States Army and attended 19K One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at Ft. Knox, KY, graduating as an M1 Abrams Tank Crew Member. His military education includes Primary Leadership Development Course (Commandant's List), Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course, Advanced Noncommissioned Officers Course; Battle Staff Noncommissioned Officers Course; USASMA Sergeants Major Course Non-residence class 43; and the Nominative Leaders Course.

Command Sergeant Major Fulmer is a graduate of Mineral Area College with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.

He currently serves as the Supervisory Staff Administrator (SSA) for the 303rd Field Hospital, St. Charles, MO.

Command Sergeant Major Fulmer’s awards and decorations include the Legion Of Merit, Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal (5 OLC), the Army Achievement Medal (4 OLC), the Army Good Conduct Medal (3rd Award), the Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal (5th Award), the National Defense Service Medal (2nd Award), the Iraqi Campaign Medal (1 Bronze Star), the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal and Service Medal, Arm Forces Reserve Medal (10 Year Device, M-Device, Numeral 2), the NCO Professional Development Ribbon (Numeral 6), the Army Service Ribbon, the Army Overseas Service Ribbon (2nd Award) and the Army Reserves Overseas Training Ribbon.

Command Sergeant Major Fulmer is married to his wife Jennifer with four children all residing in Missouri.
