Chief Warrant Officer Four Kim M. Pastor is a native of New York City. She enlisted in the United States Army in 1989 as a 71L, Administrative Specialist. In 2003 she joined the United States Army Reserve as a 27D, Paralegal Specialist, 150th Legal Support Organization (LSO) – Judicial. She was selected to attend Warrant Officer Candidate School in 2007, and appointed as a Warrant Officer One in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Wilmington University, and is a member of the National Criminal Justice Honor Society (Alpha Phi Sigma)
