Command Sergeant Major Le’Roy J. Tousant II is a native of Lake Charles, LA. He enlisted into the Army Reserve in January 1995. He attended Basic Combat Training at Fort Leonard Wood, MO and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Jackson, SC. Upon completion of training, he was awarded the Military Occupational Specialty 42A, Human Resources specialist. His support to contingency operations includes Operation Joint Endeavor and deployment to Operation Iraqi Freedom, Baghdad, Iraq.
