CSM Lamberson is a native of Hazlet, New Jersey. In 1987, he enlisted in the Army and attended Basic Training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Lee, Virginia.
CSM Lamberson has served in various assignments stateside and overseas including 249th Supply Company, Fort Bragg, until July 1990 and recalled from the Individual Ready Reserve in January 1991 in support of Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Returning back to service as an Army Reserve Soldier in 1998, he has served with the 411th Chemical Company, 449th Maintenance Company, 306th Military Police Battalion, 430th Military Police Detachment (Law and Order), 3-385th Regt, 4/98th Div (IET), HQDA G-1, 812th Military Police Company, 2/80th Military Police Battalion, CSM of the 2/95th Military Police Battalion, Deputy Commandant, and Commandant of the ARCENT NCOA, CSM of the 2nd Brigade (MP) and is currently serving as the Command Sergeant Major of the 102d Training Division (MS). CSM Lamberson has served in every leadership position from Team Leader to CSM. CSM Lamberson has participated in six Mobilizations and Operational Deployments: Fort Jackson (Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm 1991); Iraq (OIF 04-05 and 08-09); Pentagon (OEF 10-12); Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (OEF 13-14); and Kuwait (OSS 2019).
CSM Lamberson’s formal military education consists of Foundation Instructor Facilitator Course, Small Group Instructor Training Course, Master Resiliency Training Course, Primary Leadership Development Course, Basic Noncommissioned Officer’s Course, Advanced Noncommissioned Officer’s Course, First Sergeants Course, Battle Staff, USASMA Residents Course, Class 65, Battalion and Brigade Pre-Command Course and Nominative Leader Course. CSM Lamberson civilian education includes an Associate’s Degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Upsala College, and an Executive Master of Science in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.

In addition, CSM Lamberson has also been awarded The Military Police Regimental Bronze Order of the Marechaussee Medal.
CSM Lamberson and his wife reside in Woodbridge, Virginia, and they have three daughters.
