Interim Command Sergeant Major, 99th Readiness Division

Sergeant Major Sandra M. Cook is currently serving as the Interim Command Sergeant Major of the 99th Readiness Division.


SGM Cook is a native of Buckley, Washington and enlisted in the Army Reserve in 1994 as a Personnel Administrative Specialist.  She graduated Basic Combat Training (BCT) at Fort Jackson, South Carolina and Advanced Individual Training (AIT) at Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indianapolis as a 75B (Personnel Administration Specialist).


Her previous assignments includes Personnel Administration Specialist, 2nd Battalion 414th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade, 104th Training Division, Renton, WA;  Personnel Administration Specialist, 380th Conus Replacement Company, Bothell, WA; Personnel NCO and Observe/Controller Trainer, 2/364th (CS/CSS), 4th Brigade, and 91st Division, Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA; Human Resource NCO, 6250th United States Army Hospital, Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA; United States Army Reserve Recruiter, Vancouver Recruiting Company, Portland, OR; Senior Human Resource NCO, United States Recruiting Command, Fort Knox, KY; Brigade S1 NCOIC, 364th Civil Affairs Brigade, Clackamas, Oregon; Health Services Branch NCOIC, United States Army Reserve Command, Fort Bragg, NC; Team Chief, Initial Military Training (IMT)/Manning Division NCOIC, United States Army Reserve Command, Fort Bragg, NC; Operations NCOIC, 104th Division (Leaders Training), G-3/7 Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA and is currently the Directorate of Human Resources Sergeant Major and Interim Command Sergeant Major, 99th Readiness Division, JB MDL, NJ.
