Command Sergeant Major Trotter assumed responsibilities of the senior enlisted leader of United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) Dec. 15, 2018. He has served more than 35 years in the military. 

 

He entered the United States Army on Nov. 29, 1983. He attended basic combat training in November 1983 at Fort Jackson SC. He attended advanced individual training in October 1984 at Fort Gordon.
