Major General Dianne M. Del Rosso assumed command of the 79th Theater Sustainment Command (TSC) on January 21, 2023. Born in Fort Sill, OK, she received her Regular Army commission as a Distinguished Military Graduate in the Quartermaster Corps through the Reserve Officer Training Corps in 1989. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas, and two master’s degrees - Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Strategic Consulting and eCommerce from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College. Her military education includes the Quartermaster Officer Basic Course, the Combined Logistics Officer Advanced Course, the Command and General Staff Officer Course, the Army War College and Advanced Joint Professional Military Education II.
