Brig. Gen. Dianne M. Del Rosso

Commanding General

BG Del Rosso was born at Fort Sill, OK and received her Regular Army commission as a Distinguished Military Graduate in the Quartermaster Corps via the Reserve Officer Training Corps (4-yr Scholarship) in 1989.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas, and two Masters Degrees - Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Strategic Consulting and Supply Chain Management from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.  Her military education includes the Quartermaster Officer Basic Course, the Combined Logistics Officer Advanced Course, the Command and General Staff Officer Course, the Army War College and Advanced Joint Professional Military Education II.

After serving eleven and a half years on Active Duty, BG Del Rosso entered the U.S. Army Reserves.  Her key staff assignments include: Strategic Mobility Chief serving in the Headquarters, Department of the Army Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics/G4 3/5/7 Staff.  She oversaw plans policies and funding for the Army logistics Rail, Vessel operations and Pre-Positioned Stocks afloat;  Logistics Team Chief, Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) - Joint Planning Support Element (JPSE), USTRANSCOM, Norfolk, VA; Chief, Distributions, 55th Sustainment Brigade, Fort Belvoir, VA; S3, 300th Area Support Group, Tallil, Iraq; BN S3, 1205th TROB, 167th CSG, Middletown, CT; Logistics Officer, Equipment & Maintenance Division, 55th MMC, Fort Belvoir, VA.


BG Del Rosso’s individual awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Army Meritorious Service Medal (3 OLC), Global War on Terror, Joint Service Commendation Medal (1 OLC), Army Commendation Medal (3 OLC), Army Staff Identification Badge, and the Airborne, Air Assault and Rigger Badges.
