Army Reserve Ambassador E. Dianne Nordhaus has been a member of Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve for over 20 years. Mrs. Nordhaus has 17 years of teaching experience at all levels, pre-school through university, with a focus on middle school mathematics. The remaining 14 years of her career were spent as an educational administrator. She served a term as president of her local teaching association as well as various leadership positions in her local school administrators association. Some of Ambassador Nordhaus’ civilian honors include Presidential Service Awards for ESGR in Oregon and Idaho, the Spirit of Volunteerism Award for ESGR in Oregon 2011 and in Idaho 2012.In 2014, she was awarded the ESGR Lifetime Achievement Award for volunteering more than 5000 hours during her lifetime. Additionally, she is Joint Owner of the Appliance and Mower Center in Grants Pass, Oregon.
