Army Reserve Ambassador Curtis A. Loop is a retired Project Manager from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  He holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Oregon State University and a M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.  He is a graduate of the U. S. Army War College.  Ambassador Loop is a Viet Nam combat veteran, having lead both Infantry and Aviation units in multiple tours.  He is also a retired Major General from the Army Reserve, having served as Commander, 104th Division, and retiring as Deputy Commander, U.S. Army Pacific.  He is the former Oregon State President for the Association of the United States Army and a member of the Board of Directors for the Portland Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America.  He is a Life Member and active in many military organizations to include AAAA, AUSA, MOAA, MOWW, ROA, and more.  He enjoys photography, fly fishing, golf, and travel. Ambassador Loop is married and lives in Tigard, Oregon.
