Ambassador Oppmann is currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications and Spokesman for Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). He is uniquely positioned to leverage many opportunities in which he can articulate the professional, educational and skill development opportunities available in today's Army Reserve. His past experience as a journalist and current communications director will undoubtedly serve the Army Reserve well as he pursues various lanes in which to operate as an Army Reserve Ambassador.
