The U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Readiness Division hosted a Yellow Ribbon event Sept. 12-14 at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown. Rev. Dr. Paul V. McCullough III, Army Reserve Ambassador for Pennsylvania, served as keynote speaker for the event. Yellow Ribbon events span the deployment cycle - pre-deployment prep, mid-tour virtual check-ins and post-deployment reintegration - to connect families with vital resources, all backed by the program’s emphasis on family well-being. 'Warrior Medics' conduct Black Hawk medevac litter training, familiarization flights over Tampa Bay
Army Reserve crew chief Spc. Justin Taylor, Golf Company, 5th General Support Aviation Battalion, 159th Aviation Regiment, motions for "Warrior Medics" assigned to the Army Reserve Medical Command's Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, Pinellas Park, Fla., to approach one of Golf Company's UH-60 Black Hawk ambulances during the during the May 18, 2024, litter bearer training at the company's MacDill Air Base, Fla., facility. After the litter bearer training, the AR-MEDCOM Soldiers participated in familiarization flights in the air ambulances.
